Mettete in un piatto di portata rotondo due fette di pesce spada ( 400g ) con 200g di passata di pomidoro,un ciuffo di prezzemolo tritato,due cucchiai d’olio d’oliva,sale,pepe e copritelo con un altro piatto.Mettete il piatto su di un tegame con acqua bollente e fate cuocere a bagnomaria per 30 minuti.
